Miranda was great from the moment we called to ask about a service we needed. They were able to get me in and get the work done in a timely manner, even though they were down 2 techs. Jeff was super nice to deal with. He answered all of my questions and explained stuff to me if I needed him to. Brandon was very nice when he called to tell us it was ready. And I got a complimentary air freshener and key chain. Will definitely be going back for my next repair.

Had my wheel literally fall off my vehicle on the freeway. Chris (tow truck driver) was very punctual and courteous. He really took the stress out of a stressful situation. I appreciate all the people at Jims mechanic shop getting us back on the road at an expedited pace! Realizing we live a good distance away, Anton and Stetson were very thoughtful and gave our vehicle repair full attention in order to get us back on the road quickly and safely.
