Lost power to my f150 towing a 20 foot trailer up the mountain pass to Coer D'Alene. Barely off I-90 on side of highway. They were there in 40 minutes . Had the truck loaded and trailer hooked up in 20 minutes. Had to back up the trailer to awkward spot at Apple way automotive. Has us safe and sound in an hour. Great experience.

Our pickup broke down in Wallace, Idaho on the way home from a wedding in Denver. Nickerson's was the only towing company willing to drive there, flatbed the pickup AND tow our 24ft moving trailer, and drop us off at a diesel repair shop in Hayden. The men were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I rode with the man who was pulling the trailer and he even took me to the Enterprise car rental in Coeur d'Alene to rent a car to get my husband and myself home. Hopefully, we will never need to be towed again, but if we do break down in the Panhandle area, we will be calling Nickerson's.
