These guys are cool here. Im always braking tools or buying wrong parts. LOL...They stand by products, helpful, last time in they traded me a new socket flex extension with no problems! We laughed because neither of us had ever seen one break and unravel. Thanks BTW to youngster that helped me!

I have shopped & purchased from this story many times in the past but was extremely disappointed in the personnel today. I went in to purchase motor oil, windshield wipers, fuel filter and to get some advice on the best product for using on the inside of my truck. In the past, the sales person would help me pick out the products, purchase them and then he would come and install my wipers. I went in around 12 noon and the woman didn't help me pick out the wipers and said she also did not know how to install them. She said to come back at 2:00 and another sales person could help me. I returned at 2:30 and she said he was out on a delivery and wouldn't be back for awhile. I will never purchase from here again.

Had always been a NAPA guy until one time I went here because it was close and since then have went nowhere else but O'Reillys... not saying anything bad about Napa but these folks are so incredibly helpful!
