Just finished up payments on my 2nd buy through Jim he was always very nice and treated me with the respect like it should be i was late on payment a few times and never heard from the either of them they really did give me freedom throughout the loan I would definitely refer everyone to Roxanne and jim

Jim has always been fair. If an issue was found with a vehicle he has always been eager to help even though the purchase was “as is.” If we did have to pay for a repair the cost was very much lower than it would have been if we had gone to a repair shop on our own, much, much less. If we had an issue with making a monthly payment Jim has always been able to help. We just finished paying off a fifth car we purchased from him and decided to purchase another.
