I'm with a trucking company from MI. had a truck in the area that needed some brake work and a tire. called these guys and they were on it in no time, even going out of their way to pick up a tire for us and back to the tire shop to get it mounted. So pleasant and great to work with...Heck, wish i lived in the area just so i could use them all the time!! A++++

Our local mechanic sold his business and it's always hard trying someone new. John and Julie were amazing to work with. They are fantastic at communicating and got to my vehicle the very next day both times I dropped it off. Very reasonably priced and John took extra time to discuss and teach me what was going on with my car. He even suggested I take it home and make minor repairs rather than charging me for things I could easily do myself. Franklin Auto is my new place to take all my vehicles because I've never had a better mechanic.
