This store is a little less messy than other Goodwill that I have been just a little. They need a different method of display, like different types of shelves, maybe. Prices are decent compared to what I have seen in other Goodwills. However, please train your employees better just because you get a donation, doesn't mean you have to put everything on the sales floor. Some items are garbage. I couldn't believe that you put out for sale a USED "toilet aid personal cleaner." That is disgusting.

The store is 3-4 stars overall. But I am definitely giving 5 stars to LaShay who works at this store. When she’s there, the store is much cleaner than the other days. There are couple of workers who are so rude, it’s just sad.

I’m extremely disappointed and feel misled. After spending $98, I was told by the cashiers that I’d receive $5 off on a future purchase after September 1. When I returned, they refused to honor the coupon, claiming it was only valid on Labor Day (9/1/2025)—a detail that was never made clear. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. This isn’t my first negative experience here. I previously stopped shopping at this location due to an incident involving Ty, who mishandled a situation with a teenage mother of twins. She attempted to keep items I had purchased with a gift receipt intended to help Angela, who was clearly struggling. That moment revealed a troubling lack of empathy and professionalism. The store itself has often been cluttered and disorganized, which only adds to the frustration. As a once-loyal shopper, I now refuse to return to an environment that consistently disregards its customers and fails to uphold basic standards of respect and clarity. Truly disappointed. I do not recommend this place to donate anything or patronize it.
