Mon, 28 Sept 20 I had problems with my 99 Honda Accord. I took it to Ron for an Evaluation & estimate. Ron called over one of the Staff Mechanics and had him to run a diagnostic on the Honda. After a couple of hours, Ron called me to discuss their diagnostic evaluation. Ron was very frank about the Honda's issues and what it would entail to get it right. He had found quite a few issues with the car. He asked me to give him some time and he would have a rough estimate on the repair cost. I accepted to wait for his call. The next day after work, I went up to the Shop and got it from Ron. He had me wait in their lobby which I did, to give him time to write out the estimate. After 20 minutes, he called me over and went over their findings, explaining to me why these things needed attention and what would happen if I chose to ignore them and approximately the estimated cost for the repairs. He also advised me on what I could do and decide what I wanted to do. I told him I'd have to think about it and let him know. Ron and his Staff A.S.E. Cert. Mechanics did a GREAT JOB on my Honda Accord, however, I will take his advice. I want to THANK RON and his STAFF MECHANICS FOR THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, AND EXCELLENT WORK. TO ANYONE WITH AUTOMOBILE TROUBLES, TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MARK II in FAIRVIEW HTS, IL ASK FOR RON AND LET HIM DO A DIAGNOSTIC and sit down with him to discuss their findings. He's a Decent Guy who will work with you, not against you, to ensure your car's needs are met.
