Absolutely the WORST PEOPLE to call. I call and they say driver will be there in 20 mins. 30 mins later the driver calls and says its going to he 25 more mins it was it was another 45 mins. They tell us its going to be $225 for the hook and tow which already is a crazy price and $4 a mile to get to where we are going. My house was 1.6 miles from where he picked the car up. Now when he gets to my house he asks how will I be paying. I say cash and now he says the price is $375. I asked him for a receipt that says $375 he refuses. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY OBVIOUSLY PAY GOOGLE TO BE SEEN FIRST. U GUY DONT CALL THIS PLACE

Please do NOT get service from them they are a SCAM. They only accept through zelle, due too not being able to dispute the charges. When I asked for their rate it’s $150 and $4 per mile (I was less than 7 miles from home). They charged me $395, and still haven’t given my invoice. I called them earlier and was hung up on. Soooo unprofessional. When receiving my car they wouldn’t untow it until my payment went through. It felt like I was being robbed.
