Not even one star! Asshole said he would call me right back with an eta when the tow would be there, after I waited in the cold for an hour. Never showed up and ghosted my calls. Now I have to pay an extra $300. I could have had another company come and get it. How do you do that to someone. Horrible horrible horrible!

I’ve been calling for a rear end for almost a week, everytime I call they tell me they’ll give me a call back and never do, I showed up there the person at the front desk was rude seemed like he had no customer service whatsoever but tells me it’ll be out today, I called the next day and they tell me they can’t get it to me. Wouldn’t recommend going here for anything they’re not any help.
