Went in to buy my pads and rotors and was given the wrong parts then went back and got the correct one because they only had one so had to wait until the following day to get. I called the store and it didn't get sent with the rest of the stuff so they had to send someone to get it but I wouldn't have known if I hadn't called in to check. It was the worst experience I've had.

I just want to said thank you to Brandon at this auto zone, I was traveling from Chicago to cadra rapids IA when I had to take and the store manager that help me when my Chrysler 200 2015 stopped running. After I stopped at the gas station to put some gas and buy some to eat I realize my car won’t start I start so many things to fix it but I couldn’t. I thought maybe some was wrong with my keys fob battery. I went ti the store a bought any battery for my key fob and I thank God Brandon was there and I told him what was wrong with my car and he told me that maybe it was a battery or the starter. He asked he’s store manager if he can take their store vehicle so he can help me but to figure out what was wrong with my car . We both ride their store pick up went we arrived at the gas station he told me to pop the hood I did and I realized that my battery terminal was loose. He told me to fallow him behind so we can go back to the store so he can fix it and we did they both helped me him and his manager.
