Tried to call and ask about a wheel for my van. Simply wanted to know if they could check them before I left with them, let alone make the 2 hour trip to get them. They said they would but I wouldn’t be able to watch them do it. So I asked if they put them on a balancing machine to check them and he said no. So how are you supposed to check them? He just kept repeating “they’re guaranteed” and talking over me anytime I tried to talk. So they expect me to drive the 2 hours, pick them up, pay to take them to a shop nearby and have them check them? No thanks. They guy I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and needs to learn how to wait his turn to speak.

I had a great experience at i81 Auto Parts in Martinsburg. The selection of parts was impressive, and the prices were very reasonable. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Nick was incredibly helpful—he went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I needed and even offered some useful advice on the installation. It's not often you find staff that knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future auto parts needs!
