Today my poor 300 broke down. So had to find a tow company. I’m thankful I found the right one. James my driver was there in less than 15mins The lady who took my call was extremely nice. I had to get it towed from falling waters to Inwood. James did great!!

So quick shout out to Stephen’s towing and recovery. In which a customer had called them out on me and my broke down vehicle on there property. Although once they arrived they were cool calm and professional and had great tact. A quality rarely found in this industry. It was because of that. I called them back to later do a long haul and they moved some things around gave me an all inclusive rate on my short haul then long haul to get my vehicle home safely on which they did within 24 hours of my call. I’m more than satisfied. The only way it could have got better is if they could have also repaired my truck after drop off. Thx guys hopefully we don’t have any more business but I wouldn’t mind if we did!

Absolute life savers. Broke down from a busted radiator hauling on 81. They were to me within a few short minutes and had a shop that they could knock it out and get my truck rolling again. Very communicative with updates and answered all my anxiety questions with ease. They've been there done that and gotten it back on the road. So trust them too!
