The one thing I didn't care for about going here was the lack of information given by anyone. The lady at the desk was extremely nice but being this was my first time ever going to do this I figured maybe someone would give directions. Only thing we got was go ahead and pull on. We followed the sign and there was im not sure if they worked there or what, but a bunch of younger adults or teens working and one of them just yelled where we could pull up at. But no one came to unload it, was sure if thats what anyone did or if we did it ourselves. So after a few minutes of waiting we did it ourselves. The experience was all and all a good one just very confusing for a first timer and maybe I should have asked for more direction but it was a rushed kind of feeling to get thru the whole thing. Still give it 5 stars tho.

Only scrap yard I ever been to you had to unload yourself no one new anythin. I also wanted to buy wheels and tires and all employees were enjoying lunch.carters royal disposal has never made me un load my own scrap. Young employees didn't care about the business end .
