I have been in this store twice to pick up parts and have not been impressed with their customer service. It took the front desk quite awhile to even acknowledge I was there waiting to be helped, while the 2 men that went before me received prompt attention. Not store why they got the golden treatment and I was left without acknowledgement for at least 30min. I always feel a little out of place going into stores like this because people assume that as a woman, I don't know what I'm talking about. I noticed it was the manager who was assisting, and I asked for the part I needed but they said they didn't have it in stock. So I asked for a different part that I could use instead, you would have thought I asked him to go to another store for me and hand deliver it to me. The man said they probably didn't have that one either, so I asked if he could still check. He exhaled loudly, as if I was annoying him with my request, and went to check. I expected more professionalism from someone who was a "manager". We come to this store, not because we have nothing else better to do with our time, but because we are in need of a service. As much as they (the staff) may not want to be there, it would be greatly appreciated if they would at least pretend that the customers aren't an inconvenience.

Dave behind the counter was awesome. I had old air bags on my motorhome (not available any more) Dave recommended an alternative, they fit perfectly. Love dealing with knowledgeable people. AA +++ here
