Horrible company to deal with in this sort of situation. They lost a key fab to a Cadillac, after hitting our mailbox and showing up 2 hours later than scheduled. By lost I mean kept ours in exchange for their "personal key fab" to a 2018 Ford. Which was found locked within the car rather than just having dropped the fab off at the repair shop's drop box. This cost me a days work after driving to Roscommon. They DO NOT have a keep the customer happy attituded; lack common sense; and they lack professionalism. WILL USE any other company in the future.

They helped me out when I got stuck in a ditch and were so wonderful. Kind, quick, competent. They brought a skid steer which was helpful on top of the truck. They let me bring my puppy in the truck with me and picked me up at my house. Will use them again!

We were heading up to Lincoln mi. From Belleville on the 4 th of July started having trouble with our battery, stopped in o,Riley’s bought a new battery & alternator. We made it as far as Mikado when we lost total power.,had to call for a tow. We are so grateful to these Angels for leaving their party (4th of July) to not only come and get our truck but also giving us and our two dogs a ride to our place in Lincoln!! But it doesn’t end there that evening they put our new alternator in and charged our battery we were able to pick our truck up that morning and were able to be on our way again!! We highly recommend this business to anyone in need they are very caring people that deserve recognition and support. Thank you again you are definitely a God send !!
