Called them at 4:40 Pm on a Thursday. Was told they were very busy at the moment and would call me back. I was thinking in maybe a couple days. To my amazement I was called back within 10 minutes by a very pleasant lady. She didn't get frustrated with a guy like me that wasn't sure what I really was looking for. She found and described exactly what I wanted for my old outboard. Had the part delivered to my Vermont doorstep in less than five days for a minimal shipping charge. Can't thank you enough. Rick.
