Our Jeep over heated tonight, we were headed home pulling a trailer. We called for a tow, and Phil's showed up fast!! Chase was the driver. What a great guy! He worked fast and proficient, He loaded up our jeep on the flat bed and towed our trailer behind, safe and sound, we made it home in no time. My 1995 truck broke down, spoke to John who got me towed to Ferry's transmission. John was great,. When i went to pick up the vehicle the front cv boots had been cut by the tow hooks used to flat bed the truck to Ferrys. Ferrys also has an opportunity to look at the truck and it was pretty evident the boots had been recently damaged because there is no grease on any thing, but where it dropped down. The boot was also twisted, from the him, holding the boot. Called John didn't evade said he would send the photos i sent to Nick the owner. Nick called me, paid for the parts no problem they were efficient, and honest, Very professional.
