1 Star "Isn't the whole point of a tow truck to help people when conditions are bad? I called them when I was stuck and desperate for help. Instead of coming out, the driver gave me an excuse. His exact words were, 'That road is terrible if they didn’t sand I’m not coming.' Completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time calling them if there is any snow or ice on the ground; they will just leave you there."

I got my dumb butt stuck out in the middle of the woods on a two track. They were able to pull me out of the mud on a Saturday afternoon. They got out there in a reasonable time and had me towed out in no time! Great customer service! 10/10 would recommend.
