I wish I could rate this place more than once. I recently had a car towed and the driver damaged my car after towing it and the company is refusing to accept liability. The damaged was caused directly from the driver and had nothing to do with the towing process. The driver didn't call in a police report like he was supposed to so unfortunately nothing is legally documented. My recommendation is make sure the company follows the procedures if you ever have to use them to ensure you don't go through what I just did. When I tried to reach out and I was told I was basically a liar and the company is never liable for damages they cause to your vehicle. User beware!!!!!
