Car with dead battery, call to Ray and he came within 10 minutes! Where do you get service that quickly? Left car running and it died again, same quick response, drove car over to shop and new battery installed immediately. Great people, friendly staff. I can’t believe all that happened within an hour. Where do you get service that quickly? Obviously this shop gets a 10+ for customer care. Thank you Ray!

If I could give 100 STARS I could!!! I cannot recommend Ray enough. This man is a man of his word. He went above and beyond. He cares so much. My car broke down in Royal Oak, and he towed us back to Grand Rapids Mi. He came in 30 minutes, his price was incredibly competitive and fair. Other places quoted me $1,300, Rays was a fifth of that price, and he arrived so quickly! We talked the entire 2.5 hour car ride back. Ray deserves every penny, every client, every good thing coming his way. I genuinely want this man to get every customer possible so they can be met with the kindest, most honest and witty person ever. Disregard ANY bad review on this man, I bet my life on him and I NEVER leave reviews!? Just call him.
