Shane was so helpful in understanding what would happen to my vehicle, and what to remove from the scene of my accident - he was kind, understanding and was there within 20 mins of being called in the later parts of the evening. Towed my vehicle to their tow yard, even opened it early for me to get my childs belongings that i didn't know were in my vehicle. I couldn't help but thank him profusely on the phone when he opened his gates with no one being at the shop, it was so kind and so beyond appreciated I will forever call T&Js any time a tow is needed!! thanks again Shane!

A big shout out to a great towing company in St Charles, Michigan. School was closed this morning so done areas weren’t plowed out, especially driveways and I backed off the driveway way and couldn’t get out. I called TJ’s and they arrived within a half hour and had me on my way. Thank you so much for such wonderful and kind service.

In the middle of the 6 am school and work chaos, had to call to get keys out of a locked car. Phone call was answered immediately, the gentleman arrived within 20 minutes, and everyone made it to school and work on time! So thankful for the fast and friendly service : )
