Had a flat tire I needed help changing. Took them only 20 minutes to get there. The driver was really polite and professional. There was an issue with my lug nuts and he solved it very quickly and had me back on the road in no time. Price was very reasonable. The dispatcher was very friendly. Hope I'm never in need again but if I am I will definitely be calling them.

Scam artists! Voluntarily offered a tow to my wife after an accident (originally came for other vehicle involved) was told only gunna get charged if towed somewhere else since it was so close to their shop. This tow was less than 2 miles away, and the total charges were 2100+ $$. Not only did they charge an outrageous price, they declined the release to my insurance company bc something didnt make sense to them. Which in the end cost me more storage fees. Absolutely call someone else to tow you!!

When my son was stranded in Saginaw and AAA couldn't find a local wrecker Lonnie dispatched one of his wreckers. The wrecker driver arrived much sooner than expected and was very professional and courteous. They definitely put their customers first.
