Got into an accident about a week after I buried my dad, thank god the police let me grab what I wanted before they towed my truck because the girls in the office (young and very rude and disrespectful will explain that in a moment as well) were giving me a hard time about getting my stuff because of this being owed and that being owed and blah blah blah. Mind you they charged me two days storage when the truck wasn’t even there 24 hours (said it was because the accident occurred before midnight. Don’t make no damn sense to me) charged me two times for 911 cleanup, (so mine and the other guys. It cost me over 600$ just to be able to get things out of the truck.

My son had this company pull him out of a ditch on cemetery rd, he wasn’t even all the way in the ditch and this company charged him $150.00. They didn’t tell him anywhere all they did was helped to get him out of the ditch which again his car was not completely in the ditch. This is highway robbery. It’s disgusting that they were charged somebody that much do not do business with these people.
