We have had all our vehicles serviced at Kern's -- and never a problem. Recently, when my husband's older Toyota Sienna had front end trouble, he was informed the engine cradle was so rusted it would need to be replaced to make the front end repairs hold up. He thought about it overnight for previously they told him that the timing belt was in good shape and he elsewhere had just had new tires and new exhaust put on. However, when he said to go ahead with the work even though the cost could be high, Jeff thankfully talked him out of it rather than accepting his go ahead and earning the money. There was no charge for the analysis. Good, honest people.

do NOT come here!!!! paid $2,000 to get new brakes and something in my tire fixed. my TIRE FELL OFF while driving going 60mph, could’ve died. all because they forgot to tighten my lug nuts on my tire when i had it worked on because they “forgot”. took a week to fix after having to get a whole new tire rim and gave me a broke down not working rental car. was never refunded my money.
