WORST SERVICE EVER. I called these guys last winter for a vehicle extraction as it was slushy and none of my vehicles could maintain traction. KEEP IN MIND I HAD JUST TURNED 18 AT THE TIME. The first guy showed up to the scene minutes before I was back on-site, and within that time he had called in 2 other trucks. They showed up around 11:30pm and the owner was with. He quoted me around $550 MINIMUM to tow the car up back onto the road. When I declined, the owner refused to send the trucks back until he was paid the demanded (around) $250. His excuse: "Well I have 3 trucks out here now, and I need to pay my guys somehow". Cool, when did I ask for the whole crew to show up? Not my problem they were dispatched, or that you as their employer supposedly don't have the means to pay them, even though you can afford nice new trucks & equipment. I called a different company the following day, who towed it out within 5 minutes for about $200 with ZERO issues or damage to my car. And he had a smaller truck. He was infinitely better mannered and had more confidence in his job. I was happy to pay him. Wallace Towing, I was not, and should not have. TLDR: The owner WILL take advantage of your situation for money. He is a scammer, very rude, and likely just pocketed the cash for himself.

When you make the call and they you I will be there in 30 min. Thats what they mean my wife called at 5am snowing and blowing locked out of her car cold as hell the gentleman showed up and was in the car in less than 5 min. Thank you! This is what I call great service!!

I locked my keys in my car with it running at 3am in the winter. Wallace towing was the third place I called because everywhere else told me it would be 2-3 hours to get to me. I couldn’t wait that long with my car running and I had to get to work. Wallace towing was there within 15 minutes and got me on my way quickly and I made it to work on time!
