Went to pick up fenders for a friend of mine In the old man that works, there was very rude because I didn’t know how to get to the back of the store, I’ve never been in this area before so I wasn’t sure how to get to the back of the store. I didn’t know I had to drive down the little road next to the building and by the time I did get to the back of the store it didn’t seem like I was in the right spot to begin with…. Then the man had a very nasty attitude because I wasn’t in the back of the store and told me to follow directions next time, even though in his directions it doesn’t say that I take that road down to the back of the store. I don’t think we are gonna be buying parts from the store again or at least I won’t be showing back up, That isn’t how you talk to customers, especially young girls who don’t know what their doing. And then proceeded to tell me to follow directions next time, as if I’m incompetent When our reality I’ve just never been to the store before. And then he proceeded to just throw defenders into the backseat of my car Along with some bolts with an attitude, as if I just ruined his whole day because I didn’t know where the back of the store was. Very unprofessional The lady inside was very nice and let me know how to get to the back your very appreciated your dad on the other hand, might need to relax a little bit , yikes

Will never order from again missing parts out of my order cannot get a hold of anyone. Nobody answers the phone won’t return emails very unprofessional. I had to order another kit to send to my customer from another company after this fiasco cost me twice as much.

Terrible experience with this company! I ordered a pressure washer pump from Auto Express through eBay. When received, it was the totally wrong pump even though I correctly matched my model number to the description. Contacted the seller through eBay and was informed that there are 2 pumps for that model, even though that was not disclosed in the listing. Was told that the correct pump could be sent for an additional $45 as soon as I returned the first pump. Here’s where the dishonesty started. I was told by Kendal to open a return request through eBay then almost immediately after I did that, I was told by Courtney that Kendal is a new employee and didn’t know the correct procedure for returns. Courtney told me not to use the return label provided by eBay because it would “cost a small fortune” and that she would send me a prepaid label so I could return the item for a full refund. Kendal then sent me a message saying that she would get that to me right away. That was when all communication ceased. I sent several messages through eBay and called their store number numerous times and left voice message all with no answer. I even sent a Facebook message to the owner, Derrick Zock trying to get some resolution. In the mean time, ebay closed the returned window and close the case for lack of response. Almost 3 weeks later, as a last resource, I contacted eBay directly. The representative I spoke with was able to see my conversation with the seller and was able to reopen the case and get my return processed. I believe that after Auto Express had me open a return case with eBay then told me that they would circumvent eBay and send me a prepaid label, this company engaged in a dishonest practice by stopping all communication knowing that ebays return window would close and that I would have little recourse to get my money back. Thanks to ebay for seeing through this scam.
