We called Advantage Towing & Recovery after our driver had to brake hard and 2 skids broke loose inside the trailer and broke trough the trailer panel . I spoke with Francis on the phone, sent photos of the situation, and asked for a rate. He quoted me roughly $3,500–$4,000 over the phone. The good: - The crew arrived promptly and worked professionally. - They safely hooked our trailer to their own truck and hauled it, while my driver followed behind in our company truck back to the yard (about 20 miles). - They also recovered the 2 skids and loaded them onto their smaller flatbed truck, and took them back to their yard. - There was a large hole in the front of our trailer, and Francis sealed it with plywood so we could return to home base. That temporary repair was appreciated. ( aprx $ 1700) The bad: - After the work was completed, we received a bill for over $7,000—nearly double the high end of the phone estimate. - There was no clear, written estimate provided up front, and the final invoice did not match the verbal quote we were given. Bottom line: - The work quality, same-day pallet recovery, and response time were solid, but the pricing transparency was not. If you use this company, insist on a detailed, written estimate and scope of work before they begin. Otherwise, you may be in for a much higher bill than you were led to expect.

Advantage towing was on top of it!!!!! Needed them asap and they didn’t disappoint. Tyler took very good care of my car! Very impressed. Always gonna call them!

I called a couple days ago looking for a jump and a way to get into my car I called John's towing and recovery and they were not able to help me out so I called advantage towing and recovery and I talked to francis and he came out and helped me out he gave me the best service after hearing my situation and my circumstances he worked with me really well.
