I had a wonderful experience with Ronnie's Auto Specialist. Even though they had a heavy workload, they still managed to get me in quickly. During the repair, they discovered a manufacturer’s error with a part that was delivered slightly damaged. Instead of cutting corners, they communicated with me right away, ordered a new part, and had the job finished the very next day. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I originally thought I would just come in, get the repair done, and move on with my day—but Ronnie’s went above and beyond. Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the repair, but they also cleaned the inside of my car, which was such a pleasant surprise. I was shocked (in the best way) and very happy with their attention to detail. What really stood out to me was their professionalism and the way they explained everything. I had visited three other places for estimates, and none of them explained the process from start to finish the way Ronnie’s did. They broke it down in terms a non-mechanic like me could understand, which made me feel confident and informed. I’m extremely happy with the service, the staff, and the care they put into their work. We've used Ronnie's numerous times over the last few years for body work. They do an excellent job and ALWAYS go above and beyond with extras to make our vehicle look the best possible, including detailing the inside. Despite being busy and sometimes having to wait a couple extra days in order to get a rental car from them, once they have your vehicle they make quick work of it. Highly recommend!

I recently had some body work done on my vehicle at Ronnie's it was a relatively small job for them but they never once made me feel like I was less important than any of their bigger jobs.Everything was done in a very timely manner, they were exact to the estimate that they gave me and my paint matched perfectly, which I was nervous about because my vehicle is really RED. They even returned my vehicle to me detailed which was a very unexpected pleasant surprise! Tony was super professional and easy to work with. I had a great experience and would 100% recommend them to anyone!
