I have to say I was a bit apprehensive on using Franzels truck and auto because of how many cars they had parked around their building. But my car had a major engine flaw and needed the entire motor replaced. And after asking around, I figured out that they were the place to do it. Now I am very pleased that I did the mechanic seem to be very professional and well-versed, in all that they needed to be. They set up a time to have my car in and get started on it, and it was out when they said it would be. The whole thing went pretty much flawless. There after service of service works excellent whenever I had a question it was answered. Since that time, I have taken my car back to them for anything else that it needed. I now realize that the reason there are so many cars around it is because they are that good. And there may be a lot of cars around the building, but they don’t seem to sit there long. They are in and out and that spot is filled by the next person Needing their help. I would recommend them to anyone. If you’re nervous about leaving your car there, talk to the owner, Tony Franzel, and after a few minutes, realize the same thing I did and you too will have confidence in what they are going to do. I would like to say thank you to Tony and his whole crew. Don’t forget to go next-door and get a coffee and cookie at the coffee shop. It’s excellent too.
