I walked in and there was no sign of an employee. The phone started ringing, so I thought that would draw someone out, but it didn't. A few minutes pass a guy came in to help me. I showed him the exact item I needed in their website that another O'Reilly's said this store had. He seemed very confused about what it was, then questioned if I even needed it. I replied yes, so he started looking for it in the system. Meanwhile another person surfaced. Both people vocalized that they didn't want to answer the phone call that had been ringing for that duration. They answered the phone and got an attitude with the person who mentioned that they had been waiting for someone to answer for a while. They said "I don't know anything about that how can I help you?" The guy them goes to the back for awhile then comes and looks on the sales floor and says yeah we don't have it and offered no more help than that. I usually have a great experience at O'Reilly's, but this location needs some work ?? ! Find another hub store or have them ship the party to the one you're at. These guys are rude and not very helpful
