Horrible experience!!! I ordered Fortress Hard doors for my Polaris ranger ($3900)back in April. They took nearly 5 weeks to ship and when I received them via LTL shipping the boxes appeared fine with no damage. The doors were all heavily wrapped in paper and packaging. It took a few weeks before the installer was ready to install them. The installer contacted me a few days later to inform me that they were all bent in the exact same location and not usable. I contacted the very unsympathetic Diesel Freaks Customer Service and they said I was out of luck because I did not report the damage in time, it was past their policy date and blamed me for potentially causing the damage. Now I am out over $4000K plus the repair of my ranger to get it back to normal again. I get that I was past the date but excellent distribution companies fight for their customers. Beware, Diesel Freaks will not fight for you on any issue. You are just a no-name customer to them and a few extra $'s.
