They are fair, friendly, professional , and thorough. I wish I could bring them with me for my cross country move that's how great they are. Dr. Doug's Auto performed a tune-up an oil change and fixed a very complicated wiring harness on my vehicle. I also wanted new brakes, new compressor and a new battery. They called me and told me that my brakes, compressor and battery were all in really good shape and didn't need to be replaced. These guys could have completely taken advantage of me but ended up doing the complete opposite. My car is running better than it ever has. Honest, reliable, and very reasonably priced, you would be hard pressed to find a better mechanic. It feels really nice to know that good honest companies still do exist.
