Michael was lousy. My visit was 10/11/25 @3:48 pm. I waited in line and when I walked up to the counter he was glued to texting on his phone. He didn’t speak or asked if I found everything I needed. He didn’t even ask for my phone number for the rewards. He told me my total went back to his texting, didn’t realize I had made my payment because he was so focused on his phone. Didn’t bag my purchase nor had the decency to ask if I wanted a bag. He gave me my receipt while still looking at his phone. Not once did he treat me with any respect or customer service. He is the worst thus far. The older guy working with him that day must’ve been his terrible example. When I entered the store no one greeted me. I spoke to the older guy and he totally ignored me. I only chose 1 star because something had to be selected, however this Michael in particular gets a zero. Horrible employee representing this company.

Been here since 7;30 doors still locked; they wont answer the phone or unlock the door; this commissioner service is terrible; I thought if the door says 7:30 they’d actually be open; I need 2 fuel pumps $450 each; I’m going to go to the competitor Autozone at least their open

Terrible bedside mannerisms at this location I don't recommend anyone, not even my worst enemy smh customers shouldn't hear you discussing politics it's not our business who you voted for
