Was greeted when I came in had half of the part that I needed on the counter tried to explain to the person at the counter and they looked up the wrong part and they said I don’t know. I’m not a mechanic and I told them I will go somewhere else. Your attitude sucksbut for the most part, I really like O’Reilly’s just not the one in Eagle River I guess.

I buy ALL of my auto parts and supplies from the Iron River O'Reilly store. All the employees I have engaged with have been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store and employees are clearly well managed. I've dealt frequently with Billy the manager of the store and it's clear why the store runs so smoothly! Billy is obviously highly educated in the field and has been extremely helpful in assisting me in properly diagnosing my issues and guiding me to select the parts, even offering tips on my repair work.
