We were struck by a truck who ran a red light tonight, which required us to need our vehicle to be towed. Brian with Omar’s Towing arrived quickly and helped us make informed choices about our towing options. He even drove out of his way to allow us to safely unload our vehicle several miles away at our relatives house while we waited for a ride. He was courteous, professional & caring. We appreciate you!

We became immobile in a deep mud hole while out color touring on a 2 track in the Grand Traverse land conservancy. The muddy water was up to our door wells. Lucky to have cell service, the first towing company we called said they could not get to us. Referred us to Omar’s Towing. They answered our call immediately, assessed our location and situation and assured us they would not leave us stuck out there. After ten minutes they called us back to say someone was on the way. Matt, the owner located us in the middle of nowhere and got us out. We are very thankful. Responsive, prompt and experienced.
