Five Lakes Automotive was absolutely fantastic to work with. Their communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, which is rare these days. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. What really sets them apart from everyone else is their at home service. They came directly to my house to diagnose our Jeep, explained everything clearly, and ordered the parts needed. Once the parts came in, they picked up the jeep, completed the repairs, and delivered it right back to our driveway. It honestly does not get more convenient and personalized than that. The pricing was very reasonable and significantly less than what I would have paid at the dealership. You truly cannot beat this level of service. I highly recommend Five Lakes Automotive and will definitely use them again.
