If I could give Josh a 10 out of 5...it still would not be enough. I don't know that he will ever see this review but I need to put this out there in the universe! My son was driving home during a rough winter storm when a plow truck passed by him and blew a HUGE amount of snow and sand into the grill of our vehicle causing it to stall out. Unbeknownst to me at the time, my son stalled out on a dangerous curve with horrible road conditions. My husband and I were already en route to our son and I was searching for recovery service while my husband drove. I happened to text Josh asking if he serviced the area my son was stranded in and asked if he would be able to get our vehicle home. He very quickly replied that he could. He then asked me the location of my son. (Josh was on his way to another driver that had contacted him prior to me) All of a sudden my phone rang, it was Josh. He just happened to pass my son on his way to another job but realized that my son was stranded at a very dangerous spot. He told me that he was going to turn around and help my son off the main road to a side street until he could get back to recover the vehicle for us. He got my son off a main road at a dangerous curve and took a photo of the street sign for me so I could locate my son. This wonderful man is not just a hard working, honest, amazing human being...he was my sons guardian angel when he needed it most and I could never in multiple lifetimes, show how greatful I am for him. This man leads and runs his business with his whole heart and soul. If you are unlucky enough to need a recovery service but are blessed enough to have Josh be the one that is able to respond...you will understand my story. To you Josh....you are my family's angel, we are blessed for having crossed paths with you. May you always be protected as you help protect others! Your most humble, biggest fan, Shawneen!!!!!

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The owner was incredibly responsive, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. They weren’t just there to get the job done, he took the time to listen, answer questions, and explain things in a way that made sense.
