Got a flat on I-94 today and Spikes towing was able to help when others weren't. Local companies in the area said it was a 4 hour wait, where spikes towing was able to make it out in under 30 minutes. Thank you so much for the prompt, professional service! I'll recommend this company to all of my friends when they are stuck on the side of the road.

I’ll keep this as short and to the point so in essence. My wife’s car wouldn’t start and we initially had a mobile mechanic come out. His first thought was the starter was bad and it was replaced but didn’t fix the problem. Then found wire damage and tried to fix that nothing. Next we are referred to Spikes. They got our vehicle running which was great. After a day or two of getting it back it started smoking. I called back to let them know what was happening, and only asked if they could take a look at it since they were the last ones to touch our vehicle. Response in a nutshell was: that wasn’t because of me that was the mobile mechanics fault (without ever looking at the vehicle again) and the solution was to get in line and wait two weeks and get a diagnosis. If I knew there wouldn’t be any willingness to look at the work they did after the fact ( because apparently spikes work is perfectly flawless 100% of the time every time) I wouldn’t have EVERRRR had them do the work or take my money.
