If I could give a negative 5, I would. My car was towed due to coolant leak and overheating. Quinn towed my car to bmw and he bent both of my drive shaft when he drug my car onto his tow truck. It was BMWs expert opinion that this was damaged during the tow process, as I had no previous issues with my drive shaft. Now, when I drive I can hear the e brake rubbing on the drive shaft. It is going to cost me over 2k to have it fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The photos attached to this post was provided to me by BMW service tech. I usually don’t go out of my way to write a review, but when I contacted Quinns tow, they didn’t deny doing the damage, in fact, he sent me his insurance info. I filed a claim and I just got a call from his insurance company and they are going to deny the claim due to the tow truck driver stating he didn’t do the damage. I hope everyone sees this post and never uses this company. I have enough expenses, didn’t need to acquire any more. Quinn’s towing needs to make this right!

Took my vehicle and refused to return the vehicle back to me even tho I had all the proper documents to prove it was mine. Wanted to try and keep it for Almost 4 days and charge me for each day when I was willing to pay for the tow that was done and any fee. Had to literally have a police officer call them and tell them To release the vehicle. They were just trying to scam extra money out of someone before a holiday Do not use them. use someone else if you can.
