Update: They own their very kindly and respectfully reached out to me to ask if there was anything that could be done to keep my business. Terrible customer service. I walked in at the same time as two other men. both other men went down isles to get what they needed. I walked straight to the counter to purchase a part from behind the counter. The employee behind the counter said it would be a minute He had to see what the other guy needed first (The other guy who wasn't in line walking down the isle getting what he needed). I was the only person in line in front of the counter, waiting politely. but he wouldn't wait on me. I silently left the store drove across the street to advance where I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door respectfully, kindly and waited on right away.

Typical auto part store. Had what I needed and I was able to borrow some tools to get the job done in the parking lot. Employees were all super nice and great. If in Manistee area again and need a car part, coming here!!
