I placed an order on the 10th, it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. FedEx has had it marked “out for delivery” for 4 days now. I can’t get ahold of anyone here to figure out what is going on. I sent an email and received one response with a screenshot of the same info I already had from the FedEx number. I ordered from this company because of their advertised fast shipping and I wish I would have just gone to the local parts store/ebay. If you’re expecting slow shipping and lack of customer care this is the company for you.

Customer service is solid. One component of my kit was incorrect. 5 minutes on the phone. They had the right one to my door in 5 days. Purchased titanium kit all components seem very nice. Tech support was happy to help. Tho advice was questionable. Remember ball joints do not have a break in period if they are tight you need to adjust something. I’ll order parts again from these guys.

This company has terrible, pretty much nonexistent, customer service. I ordered parts from them and was sent the wrong component. No big deal, I’ll just request a replacement. Email multiple times, call multiple times, left voicemails, no response or any call back. Finally get through to somebody and they said they’ll send the correct part. Receive the replacement about a week later and it’s still incorrect. Try to reach out via more emails, more calls, never hear back. Either they’re severely understaffed, or they just simply don’t care about ensuring that their customers are taken care of once they get their money. Never felt so neglected by a company before, especially one where I spent a lot of money with. I’d avoid them at all costs.
