My car broke down for the first time ever, when I was alone, in what felt like the boonies, on the ride of the road in Edmore. I didn’t know what to do so I called the police (they’re becoming a really safe space for me) so they could help me and so my black car wouldn’t get hit in the darkness of the night as I sat there waiting. I called best towing out of Saginaw for a quote of $395 for just under an hour tow and would of had to wait a couple hours or more for a tow, and I called Safety first towing and they quoted me $375 for the same distance and I had to wait an hour for them. I always weigh out my options these days so I gave the last call to Dons towing. He answered, as he was about to sit down for dinner.. and told me to hang tight, that he would eat dinner later and he could be to me in 10 minutes. The cop showed up and moments later Don did also. He charged me $300. when I asked him to look over my car so that I could have the knowledge to take it to a shop on my own; he didn’t hesitate. Being a young single female, you can get scammed so fast so.. knowledge is power! Don is personable which made for an easy drive back home and he even took me home first with my car so I could unload all of my groceries and then he took it to a trusted mechanic (that he would send his very own daughter to) and sent me a message when it was all delivered. I would highly recommend using his services! Thank you for helping to bring ease to and uneasy situation.

If you’re anywhere around Vestaburg and find yourself in trouble on the road—Don’s Towing is the call. I ended up in a pretty bad ditch during this rough weather and called Don, and he came through fast. Within no time he was on site, calm, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He got my car out with zero damage, made it look easy, and most importantly made sure I was safe and back on the road before he left. You can tell he actually cares, not just about the job but about the people he’s helping. If you’re dealing with snow, ice, mud, or anything car-related around here, don’t wait—call Don ASAP.
