Terrible experience. Cost over $1000 to get our car out after being involved in an accident. Accident happened at 9pm, less than a mile north of Russell Road on the highway, and the car had minimal damage. We called the next day to see what was needed to get it out, they told us the price but never told us we had to pay in cash. So we get there and had to turn around and go to the bank. $475 “towing charge”, $237 “time”, $150 “winch out”, $50 “clean up”, $120 “storage”, and finally $50 “admin”. What a joke, this is price gouging and should be illegal. We didn’t get a choice in tow companies, this is who the police called out. They couldn’t have towed this car more than 3 miles. Shady business all around.

We needed a flatbed to tow our disabled utility trailer home. Stafford’s arrived within 30 minutes and got the trailer hooked up and to our house within an hour. Excellent service! I definitely recommend!

I’ve had to use towing twice this last 2 months and let me tell ya. This company was the BEST ever. Best service, Best driver just the best. They were quick and very polite. I had the same driver and he remembered me. Made you feel good that someone cared. Yes I know getting your car twoed is not a good thing but when u have someone and a company that cares means a lot. The lady that answers the calls she’s kind and a polite and doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another person. She took her time and answered all my questions. Thanks guys for the best service ever.
