Precision Towing is an excellent and rapidly responding team of professionals in the Michiana area! My Mom's car broke down near ND's campus and her desired dealership was across the stateline in Niles, MI. Did you know many *other* towing outfits won't cross into MI or vice versa into IN? I sure didn't! Several other towing competitors weren't going to be able to reach her car until the next day, at the earliest. PT got to her car within 35min of our call and was courteous, friendly and knew exactly where we wanted the stranded car transported. Because of their speedy response, my elderly parent was able to get several other time-sensitive errands done. The price of service was quite reasonable (let's call it halfway between $100-200) and our tower knew all about how to handle loading up her gas/EV hybrid safely. The flames on the side of the tow truck are quite the sight to behold, in person. Make Precision Towing your first call when you're in a jam! We're very thankful for their awesome service.

I can’t recommend Precision Towing enough! Their customer service was outstanding they arrived quickly and kept me updated the entire time. Every other company I called wouldn’t go all the way to South Bend to get my car, but they were the only ones who did. Truly 5 stars all around! I really appreciate their professionalism and help.
