Curt’s Service in Oak Park, Michigan took great care of my 2017 Chevy Volt and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced, taking the time to explain the repairs and keep me updated throughout the process. More affordable than the Chevy dealership mechanics. Great option for electric vehicles. Communicate very clearly about estimated time before they could service my car. Once they began work on my car they communicated via call, text and their portal about the issues they found. However they didn't ask me to approve the repair once they did the diagnostic. Fortunately it was not an expensive repair, but if it had been a more expensive repair I would have wanted to get permission before moving ahead with repair.
