Sat. Aug. 23, 2025 3:45 pm. Went into the store fifteen minutes before closing. Told him, what battery I needed?And he abruptly said, $44.00, took my money and pointed to a shelf about twenty feet away and said that was where my battery would be located. Asked if you would, please show me so that I was sure that I would get the right battery & he refused. NEVER AGAIN !

The first battery I purchased for my van didn't last 2 weeks. I purchased a 2yr warranty at the time of purchase. The person working there acted like he was doing me a huge favor by exchanging it. Now a month and a half later my battery has a dead cell in it per the Dodge dealer. Now I have to get the battery from the dealer and take it back to Battery source. I've wasted a lot of time and Gas since my purchase !!. I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN !!
