My car overheated on the side of the road on an already bad day. I was not in the greatest of moods at the time. They showed up exceptionally quickly and did a fantastic job. But not only did he do a fantastic quick job but his positive attitude helped lighten the mood and made my day immeasurably better. I can't thank him enough. 1:30ish on I 495 South, car with Spartan emergency roadside assistance obstructing traffic in the left lane. Six cars backed up. Unable to go because because this ignorant driver is hogging the passing Lane at 60 mph and when I pass them on the right, he flipped me off, you should know better than to drive like an idiot in a branded car. If these guys don't know how to drive and are causing havoc on the highway, I certainly wouldn't trust them with my vehicle. They're better services in Lansing. I would avoid and well moving forward. Learn the rules of the road before you head out

Prompt service. Extremely friendly staff. Great pricing! Was quick and easy!! I had my vehicle with a flat tire and dead battery out of the lot in 15 minutes. Very satisfied.
