Everything at this place was amazing! It started with the front office woman Theresa. I had called a bunch of places after we had a mishap with my husbands EV Lexus. Every other shop I called was rude or their comments were very deflating as far as working on an EV. When i called here i was greeted with the most friendly voice when I was on the verge of tears. She made me feel at ease and recommended a very amazing tow company to help get the car there. Once the car was towed in they began work immediately. The owner would come in on his days off and work on it. Collision shops can be a dime a dozen, but this one stands above the rest. Even when they had a hard time getting certain parts from Lexus, they worked tirelessly contacting them to make sure it was coming . This place will be your pick me up on your worst day of taking your car to a collision shop. They were amazing. I hope to not see them soon, but when I have to it will be them and i will refer everyone to them !
