Very Helpful, Under New Management. I have used their towing service a couple of times and every time it has been nothing but professional and very helpful. It wasn't expensive and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful in letting me know what was wrong with my car and why it wouldn't start. When my car was dropped off he explained to the repair shop what was wrong with my car which helped expedite the repair process. I would recommend their tow service to anyone.

Usually I dont write reviews, but this place was so bad it seems necessary. DO NOT GO HERE! Prices are pretty high which is definitely an inconvenience, but it earns 1 star in my mind due to the woman working at the counter. She is the single rudest person I have ever met (Trust me I know, I have a retail job where I talk to thousands of different people every month). From the first minute of us being there she treated us like an inconvenience. This is your job!! She really should be fired because she causes an unpleasant experience for the customers and gives the company a really bad image.

I have used these guys three times in the last five years. Twice I had them tow salvage vehicles for me and they were both times pleasant and prompt. Just recently they towed a vehicle from downtown A2 to their location free of charge and serviced my alternator providing a warranty. The price was the most reasonable in the area. They told me they would have it ready the next evening and they had it available the next morning. John was very pleasant and started the work before I could get a ride in to pay them. So, all and all fair priced, fast service, and a mechanic who is upfront and my personal favorite: does not do the typical car guy thing of talking down to me because I'm a female.
