If I could give no stars. I absolutely would. I haven't even had my vehicle a full calander year and it broke down. It needs more repairs than the car is worth. I bought a 2020 Sonic and it only had 70k miles on it, and I need a whole new engine. It all started a week after I drove it off the lot and just kept getting worse. I called to see if there was anything that could be done because I was stranded in Virginia with no way back, and I was told that by the state of Mississippi they don't have to disclose minor accidents the vehicle was in to the customers as long as it was drivable from the scene (my vehicle was in a front end accident), and that they couldn't do anything as the sales guy was chuckling laughing and said the best we can do is when you get the car back here we just built a new shop at Gautier, and we're about to hire 2 new mechanics to have a full team.....what the hell kind of customer service is that? Your laughing, won't offer any other help, you sold me a car you knew was crap from the start, and that's it. Had they been more personable, more compassionate, and eager to help try to figure something out this review would be totally different, but they did the opposite. Anyone looking for a nice pre owned vehicle. I wouldn't shop here. I worked in the car industry for 2 1/2 years. Not all used small chain dealers are like this.. proceed with caution if you decide to shop this one.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. The sales lady was quite nice, however, the vehicle broke down within a couple months. They’ve had it in their service department in Gautier for over a month. It still isn’t fixed. I’m told by mechanic that he is by himself and is very busy. That’s after multiple calls without answer. The few times we spoke, I was told I’d get a call back that day. Never happens. I would not recommend them to anyone. Because I purchased the car with them, I don’t think I have a choice to take it somewhere else. Thankfully, it was still under warranty for the repair needed. Minus 5 stars!

Buyer Beware This is in response to the review by Loren Price. I used Firestone to do the vehicle maintenance for this car. The car purchased from Riverside Auto in Gautier had multiple issues during service. Worst case scenario across the board. When maintenance was needed it was sent in. I have since purchased a used car through Navy Federal Certified car buying program so my daughter and Loren had a vehicle to use until this car can be paid off or repaired. Loren called to see if they could do something to get the car fixed and the response was a joke. Understand if you use them, all they want is your money and they do not care about the customer!
